• Once a digital product is purchased and access is granted or the file is delivered, refunds are not available.
• This policy applies even if the product has not been downloaded or used.

❌ No Exchanges

• Digital products cannot be exchanged for another product.
• Store credit is not provided for digital purchases.

✅ Technical Support (Exception)

Refunds are not offered; however, we will assist you if:

• You experience technical issues accessing or downloading your product
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible due to an error on our end

In such cases, we will:

• Re-send the file
• Provide alternative access
• Resolve the issue promptly
